Clean rooms, helpful staff, great location near attractions, nearby shops and eateries, short walk to Arc de Triomphe.

All was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a comfortable queen size bed and a wonderful view of the neighborhood. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet street close to the vibrant local market. Plus, the breakfast included in our rate was a great bonus.

This hotel is located in a great, very traditional area, not so close to the metro station but only a short walk to the Arch of Triumph. The rooms are nicely furnished with good quality furniture and bedding, and the bathrooms are clean and well-equipped with large showers and good water pressure. The staff are courteous and helpful, and there are extra blankets and pillows for chilly nights. The snack machine in the elevator area is very handy, especially late at night.

One negative aspect is that communication with the night shift reception staff can be challenging due to their limited English proficiency.

The location of the hotel was superb, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and attractions like the Champ de Elysees and Arc di Triomphe. The room was clean and cozy, decorated with a cute touch. I especially loved having access to the courtyard, it seemed like a little oasis in the busy city. The WiFi was reliable, important for me. I had a great stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The room we stayed in was a bit too small for our party of two adults and one 10-year-old boy. We found that the bed mattress was of rather poor quality, somewhat uncomfortable.

The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Despite some minor issues, such as a small room size, we still enjoyed our stay. We believe that with some improvements to the rooms, this hotel has the potential to be an excellent choice. we would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and breakfast offerings.
